BOUNCER  (CONT)

On Wednesday, the Denver Three delivered a letter to Rep. Bob Beauprez requesting help in identifying the guy they call the "Mystery Man" and determining who trained him and authorized him to remove them from the town hall meeting.

"As the congressman who provided us with the tickets to the event, we request that you join Congressman (Mark) Udall in demanding answers ...," the letter said.

Beauprez spokesman Jordan Stoick said that while the congressman would like to know who the bouncer was, he's taking a kind of don't-ask-don't-tell posture on the Secret Service impersonator.

"It's office policy not to intervene in legal matters once constituents have retained legal counsel," he said.

It's day 31. The White House stonewalling continues.
