Tynan
Tynan lost his home when his people could no longer care for him. He is still a bit afraid and not understanding why this has happened to him. He is a lovely boy and really wants to be loved. He is just needing an understanding person to help him accept love and move on to a better life.
Tynan is a male terrier mix. He was born 04/03/06 and weighs 10 pounds.

Susie had a rough start in life, falling victim to a family of mentally ill animal hoarders. Her life was not pleasant, but she rose above it all and refused to let it get her down. After she was rescued she lived with a foster family during her rehabilitation. They found her to be a pleasant, oh so very smart and happy girl. She caught on to housetraining in no time, and adored her special snuggle times on the couch with the kids. Susie is ready and anxious to be in a wonderful forever home of her very own.

Susie is a female cocker spaniel. She was born 06/06/05 and weighs 21 pounds.

McKenna was found in a small town tied to a street sign. Someone purposely abandoned her there. She was covered in mange and very thin. Her skin was so raw and scaly that it hurt her to even be touched by the person from HUA who came to rescue her. Her skin is starting to heal and despite all that has happened to her she is showing her beagle spunk and personality galore. She loves to run and bounce around her big room at HUA. She is so very happy to be saved and be feeling so much better. We only wish we knew who caused her to be in such horrible condition so that justice could be served for this poor little waif.

McKenna is a female beagle. She was born in 2006 and weighs 20 pounds.

Earl Mae is a gorgeous girl who was at a local dog pound. The people there could not bear to put her down when her 3 days were up and no one claimed her. Her big soulful eyes plead with them to find her a place where she could have more time to find a good home. Early has been enjoying her stay at HUA. She is a happy, loving, content girl who is all smiles and snuggles. She will be a wonderfully fun companion for the lucky people who bring her into their lives.

Earl Mae is a female Australian Cattle Dog born 9/1/07. She weighs 19 pounds.

Brownie came from a kill shelter where he was going to be put down because his 3 days were up. He is a lovely boy, just so full of life and love. He likes playing with his roommate L'Oreal and has such a positive outlook. He is a friendly boy who adores people. We are so happy that we had the opportunity to save this young, handsome fellow from a untimely end.

Brownie is a male setter mix. He was born in 2007 and weighs 42 pounds.
